Return Policy

We are sure you will love your Ivy B. purchase!  But, if for any reason you do not, we will gladly accept returns of:

  • unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged (aka, the original condition with tags attached) items,
  • for store credit (no refunds will be issued) good for one year,
  • minus shipping costs. If you received free shipping for an order, that amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • within 14 days of the delivery date.  

You may NOT return: 

  • sale or clearance items
  • washed, worn or altered items
  • items without the original tags attached. Items must be free of deodorant, makeup, perfume, odors (including cigarette smoke) animal hair, etc. If an item has stains, or any of the above, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for any reshipping fees.  If we do not receive the shipping fees within 7 days, the items will be donated to charity.
  • bath or beauty products
  • jewelry
  • lingerie (bras, bralettes, camisoles, tights, socks, sleepwear)
  • hats
  • shoes MUST be returned in their original box, without any damage to the box.  Please use an additional protective shipping box.  Damage to the shoe box will result in shoes being ineligible for return.  Always try shoes on on carpet, they scuff very easily on any hard surface. 

Returns MUST be postmarked within 14 days from receipt of the package. Because we are a “boutique,” (meaning, we have unique items in small quantities) we replenish with new items regularly which makes our return window smaller to allow for fresh merchandise.

Please contact us at shopivyvalpo@gmail.com for a prepaid USPS SmartLabel ($5.95 will be deducted from your credit if you use the SmartLabel).  OR, if you're dying to see the UPS or FedEx guy, you can send returns via any carrier of your choice, but we highly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance.  We are not responsible for packages not delivered.

Please include the RETURN FORM (located on the Home Page above the Return Policy) with all returns. Failure to include the proper information will result in a delay in your credit being issued.  We will process your return as soon as we receive it, but it may take up to 3 days (we do not process returns on the weekends). Your credit will be stored in your online account and you will be notified by email that it has been issued, along with instructions on how to redeem it.

Please follow the washing and drying instructions on the care label, they're there for a reason!  We are not responsible for washing and drying errors. 

Holiday Returns:

Orders placed Black Friday (the Friday immediately following Thanksgiving Thursday of the current year) and December 24th will be returnable until January 10, but all other guidelines apply.
