Other Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 2 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS. After 2 days, it will be considered wear and tear.
To report a damaged item, please send a picture of the damaged areas to firstname.lastname@example.org, AND include the attached tags in the image, indicating the item is unworn. Please notate “Defective” or “Damaged” in the subject line.
Wrong Item Received:
Please contact us and we'll make it right! Email us at email@example.com and notate "Wrong Item" in the subject line.
Please contact us ASAP to cancel an order. If we have not already processed it, we will issue a refund. If we have already processed the items, we will issue a store credit.
Again, because we are a true “boutique,” we have smaller quantities of merchandise. Because of this, we are not able to hold merchandise for exchanges, please place a new order to ensure that you get the color, size, etc., that you need.
Adding Items to An Existing Order:
So, we're not the only ones that do this?! Contact us ASAP and as long as the order hasn't been packaged or shipped, we will add items to your existing order so you do not incur any additional shipping fees. And, if you used a promo code on the first order, we will apply it to the additional item(s). You shouldn't be penalized for wanting more fashion.
